Impact is an explicit Finite Element Program Suite which simulates dynamic impact events. It has a range of elements, contact handling and different material laws. Models can be created, solved and analyzed with the included pre- and postprocessor. Impact is based on an Explicit Time stepping algorithm. These kind of codes are used to simulate dynamic phenomena such as car crashes and similar, usually involving large deformations.

A Java utility that uses the Informatica Operations API allowing parameter inputs, trapping of suspended workflows and ability to send an email on failure. This utility extends the functionality of the pmcmd startworkflow and starttask command. If you pass in a parameter file and individual parameters on the command line, a temporary parameter file is created that has the values from the parameter file and appends the individual parameters. The e-mail sent is in HTML format using tables and looks similar to the workflow monitor output.

zimg generates png / jpeg images from arbitrary formatted 2-D ascii or binary data. zimg is a command line tool and suitable for rendering large amounts of 2-D data. zimg is highly configurable via command line switches and dynamically loadable objects.
