BinExport is a disassembly export plugin developed by Google as part of the BinDiff ecosystem, designed for reverse engineering and binary analysis. It works with popular disassemblers including IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, and Ghidra, enabling the export of disassembly data into a structured Protocol Buffer format. This exported data can then be used for binary comparison, diffing, and advanced analysis tasks through BinDiff or other compatible tools. BinExport captures detailed information such as instructions, functions, control flow graphs, and metadata, providing a machine-readable representation of a program’s disassembled structure. It supports multiple export formats, including binary, text, and statistics outputs, and can be used interactively or via scripting (IDC, IDAPython, or Ghidra’s headless mode). The project includes complete build instructions for Linux, macOS, and Windows, ensuring reproducibility across platforms.

The ebe programming environment is a nice IDE designed for developing Assembly programs. It also handles C and C++ programs as well since there was not much extra effort. It used to support Fortran and this could return if people want Fortran. This project is an effort to recode ebe using C++ and QT. Originally ebe was coded using Python, Tkinter and Pmw, which worked out pretty well. The QT environment offers substantially better GUI controls. The most obvious difference is that Python ebe has a lot of separate windows, while the QT ebe will use 1 main window and a collection of dockable subwindows. This will make it easier to use.

DiDasm is a small and fast disassembler, useful for Windows kernel developers. This is a general purpose machine code manipulation library for IA-32 and Intel 64 architectures. The library supports UNIX-like systems as well as Windows and is highly portable. MILE is a user-friendly MIPS simulator. It offers users a GUI in which they can develop and run programs written in MIPS assembly language. It is intended to be used as an instructional tool. MILE is still in early development. It lucks certain features and functionality. Please be patient until the beta version is released.

UniSIMD assembler is a high-level C/C++ macro assembler framework unified across ARM, MIPS, POWER and x86 architectures. It establishes a subset of both BASE and SIMD instruction sets with clearly defined common API, so that application logic can be written and maintained in one place without code replication. The assembler itself isn't a separate tool, but rather a collection of C/C++ header files, which applications need to include directly in order to use. At present, Intel SSE/SSE2/SSE4 and AVX/AVX2/AVX-512 (32/64-bit x86 ISAs), ARMv7 NEON/NEONv2, ARMv8 AArch32 and AArch64 NEON, SVE (32/64-bit ARM ISAs), MIPS 32/64-bit r5/r6 MSA and POWER 32/64-bit VMX/VSX (little/big-endian ISAs) are mostly implemented (/w horizontal reductions) although scalar improvements, wider SIMD vectors with zeroing/merging predicates in 3/4-operand instructions are planned as extensions to current 2/3-operand SPMD-driven vertical SIMD ISA.
