Mr. Clark and Mr. Feagan generously open sourced there guide so I could start this project. Without being able to stand on their shoulders I could not have even started this project. It extracts all strings literals of a program code into a single file, so you can translate this file with an free online translator like google translate , then rebuilds the new program with the translated text data.
