We can use bspatch in linux, and we can use keyMake in windows. But if we have just a different text file, which is create by windows' program "fc.exe /b file1 file2"(file compare, binary), so we can use difc(differ from fc) to resume them. -

bincmp is intended as a cross-platform, tiny and fast binary comparer of two files. it is much faster than "fc /b", for example. bincmp2 is more powerful, but currently windows-only.

Support for an FCP-attached CD-ROM or DVD drive as a boot device exists on older IBM Z hardware; however, as of z14, SCSI boot devices are typically FC-attached disks. This bootable DVD contains stand-alone DFDSS utility (SADFDSS) as well as full volume dump (FVD) of z/OS residence volume. After IPL from DVD SADFDSS can restore FVD to DASD and then IPL from restored volume.
