When there is no valid search term for QUICKSEARCH, ensure there is a valid error message.

Following a user request, added a js keypress listen for ENTER on selectbox to selectbox and selectbox to textarea within the resrouce form for adding and editing. If this is usable, will roll the code out to other pages with similar transfer options.
