WhichGenes is a web-based bioinformatics tool. It allows the user to extract lists of genes from multiple sources in order to use them for further experiments.

  • Database-free: all genes are retrieved from their sources on-demand
  • Outputs in GSEA-GMT/GMX and CSV
  • Multiple output gene namespaces (symbol, entrez, ensembl, affy probesets, etc)
  • Several set operations to generate new hypotheses: union, intersection, difference
