Safe Exam Browser is a webbrowser-environment to carry out online-exams safely. The software changes any computer into a secure workstation. It regulates the access to any utilities and prevents students from using unauthorised resources.

- SEB 2.x can be started or reconfigured for each exam just by clicking a special link in some regular web browser or in an e-mail
- Detection if SEB is running on a virtual machine, monitoring which processes are permitted or prohibited to be running during the exam
- Easy installation and deployment: Create .seb configuration files with which SEB can be configured/reconfigured after installation

excuse my portugeese but heck yeah daddy-o I just downloaded this sick thingamajig and now ill be able to do my sik tests made by my pretty flipping EPIC flipping college i mean this is so swag on the "down low" if you ask me, no cap on fleek. totally swag.

The app is unbelievably laggy, it made my laptop completely unusable. Despite the school saying it'll only lock me out during tests, which there ISN'T ANY, it still locked me out and it won't even let me CLOSE my device. my apps, shortcuts, and even my KEYBOARD is locked, I can't even long press the power button to at least let my laptop rest until it unlocks again. Why do I need a password to get out?? I keep hearing that this app is a complete virus, I'm starting to see why. Schools, don't force this program onto the kids.

It's extremely bad. It locks me out of my laptop. I cannot press windows key incase of an emergency of having to restart/shut down my laptop, it literally doesn't allow me to use shortcuts to shut it down aswell when my power button isn't working. It is BAD. You can't right click on things incase of when an image won't load. How am I supposed to answer the exam like this?

My laptop became 10x laggier after installing this VIRUS Impossible to close, my teacher tried to, didn't work Battery is drowning like crazy GUI is HORRENDOUS for 2026's standards, old looking Overall just a hideous browser. Will probably try to find a bypass soon
