WinCVS always was a client GUI front end for CVSNT produced by March Hare Software since 2005 (both the community edition and the commercial edition). WinCVS is still maintained and developed by March Hare Software and is included in CVS Suite for Windows. Just google: CVS Suite or google CVSNT for the March Hare web site. CVS Suite includes the CVSNT server, TortoiseCVS/WinCVS and CVS Suite Studio Clients for Windows and other essential components that you needed anyway is available and works on the latest Windows 10/8,1/8/7SP1.
