Dos and Windows binaries along with full source code are ready for download

I have uploaded the Windows 2.0 version of Kymaera. You will need the kymaera_setup_windows.exe, docs.zip, and the ky_cfg.zip patch file to run Kymaera. Please post any problems in the appropriate forum.
