I have set up a clustering server at http://slcview.sourceforge.net/alloptions.shtml. This will hopefully help answer a little more effectively a lot of questions people have about clustering options. Now it's relatively easy to just try all (most) of the options if you're interested in seeing how they affect the clustering output visually.
Thanks to Gavin Sherlock for letting me use XCluster as the clustering engine for the web site.
oops. The code for drawing labels ended up causing a few bugs. This should fix them.
Version 1.1 available. This version adds the ability to draw gene and array labels. Also the legend image is more thoroughly labelled as well.
First version of slcview is available for download.
Future plans include adding the ability to put the gene names and array names on the image, and for labeling the legend image better
