Version 0.2 is in the files section. Major changes are:
New UI.
Added support for sub suberging and infantry diggin in. Planes are now limited by fuel.

The first version of worlddomination is release. I promise it's free of any show stopping bugs. You can get it in the Files section. The .zip is for windows and the .tar.gz is for Linux.

Currently the data in cvs works with the latest cvs of Stratagus provided it is patched with the patch
that can be downloaded here:

hopefully this patch will be included with Stratagus soon. If not I might have to start distributing my own Stratgus binary.
