I am using siphon-0.0.1
I have done ./configure --prefix=/home/vab/local
--with-gtk-prefix=/home/vab/local
--with-vovida-sip-stack=/root/softphone/sip-0.1.7 it is successful
and while trying to compile using make it throws lot of errors as shown
below please provide a solution for this problem. similarly for make
install.
The compiler version is gcc version 3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5).

Eg: configure script expects SipTranceiver.cxx while
the actual filename in the sipstack directory is
SipTransceiver.cxx.

Many similar problems.

What should I do?

Hello,

is there some other way to access latest source codes
than through cvs? (to checkout directly from company's
linux is not possible because of firewall).
I have downloaded 'siphon-cvsroot.tar.gz' and
installed 'cvs' but still don't know how to compile
sources (every file has a ',v' extension).
To checkout from a local directory I can't because I
don't know the module names ('modules' file is
empty..).
Can anybody help?

near future time. Siphon is currently outrageously outdated and you should
look at vovida's user agent that does run under windows. Look at the sip and
vocal mailing lists at vovida.org.
