I just discovered that the widgets I used in gTweakUI-0.4.0 are not
available in older versions of GTK.. Don't know what to do about this..
I should probably rewrite using old widgets but I kind of feel like just
altering configure.ac so that gTweakUI requires gtk 2.4.

Any ideas? I've heard of people using gTweakUI on redhat 9..

gTweakUI cvs has been tagged gtweakui_0_4_0

New versioning is: number.ofdialogs.release

eg:

0.4.0 means first release with 4 dialogs

0.6.3 would be the 4th release with 6 dialogs

1.4.0 would be the first release with 14 dialogs

Version 0.4.0 contains 4 dialogs:

Session
Menus (redone)
Nautilus
Galeon

Yeah I stopped the cvs commit messaged from coming to this list, they go
to gtw...@li... now... There are still a few
commits happening but I've been slowed down a little bit lately. I'll do
a 4.0 release once galeon is finished.. I just have one more thing to
do: hook up the smooth scrolling preference.

with this. I was only woried about you, Daniel and the silent at this list.

I am really busy with work at the moment so things are a little slow.
I've almost finished a Galeon configuration dialogue but I don't want to
do the next release until I have a metacity one done as well.. Galeon is
not very gnomeish so I thought it would be worth while waiting.

We don't have a Spanish translator yet. I do notify before a release,
I'll send messages to gtw...@li... to let
people know the strings are ready. You can sign up for the translators

The .pot file on the website is pretty old now, There will be another
release of gTweakUI over the next couple of weeks.. I'll organise the
new .pot file soon..

Daniel has been spending so much time on gtweakui that he has compiled
himself into the project.......we are currently in the process of
finding a workaround for this problem.
