This quick-fix release addresses the "Missing Virus Database" Error.

Because of high database mirror load we now distribute two types of 
setup files:
1) With main.cvd and daily.cvd included: clamwin-0.90.1.1-setup.exe
2) Without the database files for upgrade purposes: 
clamwin-0.90.1.1-setup-nodb.exe

    * Added new option to scan MS Windows Executable files only in order 
to improve scanning speed. This option is in the "Advanced" tab and is 
turned on by default.
    * Added an option to disable scanning of incoming and/or outgoing 
emails in MS Outlook. These options are available in the "Email

ClamWin Free Antivirus 0.88.3.1 is a maintenance release that improves
handling of mailbox files and addresses couple of other issues:

* Mozilla Thunderbird mailbox files are not removed or quarantined if an
infected email is detected inside a mailbox
* Fixed ClamWin crash when scanning certain password proteced RAR archives
* File name filters are no longer applied if only files and no
directories are selected for scanning. This is done to allow scanning an
individual file without applying configured filters.

ClamWin Free Antivirus has been upgraded to include latest ClamAV virus 
scanning engine version 0.88.1. This release no longer uses Cygwin unix 
compatibility layer, many thanks to Gianluigi Tiesi 
<http://oss.netfarm.it> for making it happen. It also includes number 
enhancements and bugfixes:

   1. ClamWin will check if there is a new release autmatically and
      display a notififcation (can be disabled in the Updates
      configuration tab)
   2. Better scanning progress display with % scanned for binary files
      and rotating indicator for archives
   3. New advanced configuration option to detect Broken Executable
      files, which will mark an executable file with bad structure as a
      virus
   4. New advanced configuration option to pass an arbitrary clamscan
      parameter string
   5. Files with international characters in the filenames are now scanned
