Fixes important bugs in r4 and has undergone actual testing resulting in a release which not only obsoletes the b7r3 strain of b7, but also the venerable mm2d b6 release. Oh Rejoice.

In other news b7r5 also implements a bunch of nice fixes and features you just have to have :)

framerate of NTSC is now 29.97 and not 29.97002997... (mind you 0.02997003 is actually the right framerate... its just that the MPEG2 or DVD spec approximates :))
a lot optimizations in the decoding (saturate,idct and addblock is one unit now, most non-altivec) more aspect ratios (1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 2.11:1 and auto) the "Ask the Wizard" always uses the original aspect ratio display of the original size, aspect ratio and framerate (framerate seems broken!) the aspect ratio is now saved in the preferences

Just days after the release of MM2Db7 we have another highly untested release... in fact, its b7 release two... heh

Changes in b7r2
Changes to the idct routines resulting in a 10-15% speedup for the mpeg2 decoding process.

Changes in MM2D b7:
1. Preview shows picture after 90% of the movie.
2. Destination select doesnt crash under MacOSX.
3. Preview shows KeyFrames only.
4. Pause under MacOSX doesn't eat the CPU any longer.
5. Applied new OSX icon
