Intel has EOLed the LiDAR, Facial Authentication, and Tracking product lines. These products have been discontinued and will no longer be available for new orders. Intel WILL continue to sell and support stereo products including the following: D410, D415, D430, , D401 ,D450 modules and D415, D435, D435i, D435f, D405, D455, D457 depth cameras. We will also continue the work to support and develop our LibRealSense open source SDK. -

A socket daemon to multiplex connections from and to iOS devices. usbmuxd stands for "USB multiplexing daemon". This daemon is in charge of multiplexing connections over USB to an iOS device. The daemon is automatically started by udev or systemd depending on what you have configured upon hotplug of an iOS device and exits if the last device was unplugged. When usbmuxd is running it provides a socket interface at /var/run/usbmuxd that is designed to be compatible with the socket interface that is provided on macOS. You should also create an usbmux user that has access to USB devices on your system. Alternatively, just pass a different username using the -U argument. usbmuxd is not used for tethering data transfers which uses a dedicated USB interface to act as a virtual network device. The higher-level layers, especially if you want to write an application to interact with the device, are handled by libimobiledevice. -

A command-line application to restore firmware files to iOS devices. The iDevice restore application is a full reimplementation of all granular steps which are performed during the restore of firmware to a device. In general, upgrades and downgrades are possible, however subject to the availability of SHSH blobs from Apple for signing the firmware files. idevicerestore requires a properly installed usbmuxd for the restore procedure. Please make sure that it is either running or configured to be started automatically as soon as a device is detected in normal and/or restore mode. If properly installed this will be handled by udev/systemd. -
